Given the continuing circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic, a decision has been made to remain closed to guests for the remainder of the 2020 season. Management and staff will continue to conduct care and maintenance activities only in Battle Harbour for the 2020 season.This was not an easy decision as the Trust recognizes Battle Harbour's importance to the tourism industry of southern Labrador. That said, given the projected limited revenues resulting from the current travel restrictions along with the considerable expense for Battle Harbour to gear up for an operating season, it is the best decision.

We continue making repairs, enhancing and developing new product and getting ready for what we believe will be a busy 2021 season. This work will be possible through government programs related to Covid-19. Moving forward, we expect the work we do this summer will benefit Battle Harbour and your future stay on the Island.
